All custom pieces are made to order. Standard production time is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. Once your piece is ready, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.

Transport is not included in the price of your piece. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange delivery separately at an additional cost, quoted based on your location and the items ordered. International shipping is available upon request.

Fragile items are carefully packaged and insured during transit. We use professional courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. However, if you receive an item with defects or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Custom designs are non-refundable once production has started, but we'll work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
